The following items require separate payment and cannot be charged to the student account. Please submit a separate check or cash payment for:

Saturday, May 10, 2008 Chancellor's Reception, 12:00 PM- 2:00 PM, Dee J. Kelly Alumni Center, Graduation at 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM, Daniel-Meyer Coliseum
- Cap and Gown
Academic regalia is rented, unless purchased by the individual. Order your cap and gowns online. Pick up cap and gown: Friday, December 14, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Daniel-Meyer Coliseum or Saturday, December 15, 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM, at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum.
- Number Card
Each degree candidate must have a number card for the processional. Bring the card you receive in the mail. If you misplace it, a replacement can be obtained at the Registrar's Table just before the Class assembles.
- Where and When to Assemble
9:15 AM for 10:00 AM commencement and 2:15 PM for 3:00 PM commencement in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum North Concourse.
- Guests
Tickets are not required, each degree candidate may invite an unlimited number of guests. There is no reserved seating except for disabled. The ceremony lasts 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

- Honors
Latin Honors are printed on the diploma. All honors are announced from the podium and are printed in the program. There are no cords for Latin Honors. Some organizations provide Honor Cords to wear with the Gown, contact your organization for this information.
- Absentees
Must provide name, student ID number, degree information and a permanent mailing address. Diplomas will be mailed after September 1, 2007 for August 2007 graduates.
